With a strong background in shaping product strategy and driving innovation, Rob is tasked with developing our innovation roadmap and exploring AI and automation integration to optimize internal processes for increased efficiency and revenue. Formerly CPO at Triumph Financial, he oversaw product development and spent seven years at Capital One, advancing from Sr Manager to Director of Product Management. Rob’s career highlights include leading a medical device manufacturing company through the Great Recession, achieving record revenue years, and orchestrating its successful acquisition by Arch Precision Technology.
Holding an MBA from Washington University and a bachelor’s degree in computer science from Missouri University of Science and Technology. His commitment to the community is reflected in 8 years of mentoring with Big Brothers Big Sisters of Eastern Missouri.
