Bruce Sim will be speaking on the acquisitions panel, “Considerations in Buying & Selling Factoring Companies & Portfolios.” Bruce will be bringing his deal-making expertise, having been involved in multiple platform and portfolio acquisitions in several factoring specialties across the US, Canada and the United Kingdom.
With the rise in M&A activity in the past several years, Bruce and his fellow panelists will take a closer look into the reasons for this uptick and how an organization can prepare for acquisitions. The panel will be held May 14, at 2:00 PM EST.
