Welcome to eCapital FastTrack®. This program lets suppliers get their invoices paid early, or at new terms of their choice, by our finance partner eCapital. You only pay a small fee only if you decide to advance an invoice. This program helps our suppliers control their cash flow, reduce risk and improve payment visibility.

Who is eCapital?

Our platform, eCapital FastTrack® allows suppliers to accelerate invoices through early payment programs and invoice financing. You can also manage customer credit and outsource invoice collections.
Can I opt-in for all invoices to be paid early?
Yes, you can enable global payments which pays all invoices automatically once they are approved.
Can I choose when I want to be paid early?
Yes, you can default early payments to new Net terms of your choice. For example, you can decide that you want to receive payment for each invoice 10, 30, or 60 days after the invoice is approved. You can also manually select invoice for on-demand early payments.
Are there fees associated with eCapital FastTrack®?
A small fee is applied to the face value of the invoice when it is selected for early payment, as applicable. We use a daily decaying rate which gives you control over the fee. The closer you get to due date the less you will pay. Access your program brochure or contact eCapital to learn your specific rate. There are no other costs or fees (enrollment, minimum usage, etc.) that are associated with the program.
Does eCapital FastTrack® impact credit insurance?
Depending on your policy the program could reduce the need for credit insurance since invoices are paid early.
How does eCapital FastTrack® impact our credit risk?
When invoices are selected for early payment, they are paid by eCapital in as soon as 1 business day, and you close the invoice upon receipt of eCapital’s payment. From there, eCapital takes the credit risk on that invoice.
How is eCapital FastTrack® different?
The program’s rates are comparable or less than many forms of financing such as factoring, ABL, or bank lines. In addition, eCapital provides almost 100% of cash upfront and does not incur any debt. We invite you to contact eCapital to discuss costs and financing comparisons.
