David Gladu has built a highly successful career, most recently serving as Senior Vice President and Chief Risk & Operating Officer at Mitsubishi HC Capital, where he was responsible for overseeing the firm’s risk management operations, encompassing risk management, identification, evaluation, reporting, and internal oversight, both within and outside the organization. Prior to his role at Mitsubishi, he excelled during an impressive 18-year tenure at GE Capital, where he held various senior leadership positions, showcasing his exceptional skills in managing multifaceted financial operations. With this wealth of experience, David is uniquely positioned to lead and maximize the potential of eCapital’s Factoring Group in North America.
David earned his Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) in Finance from HEC Montréal. With a robust background in finance, risk management, and operational leadership, he remains committed to delivering strategic value and making informed decisions within the finance sector.
