THE CHALLENGE
Ecobat faced several challenges that strained both cash flow and supplier relationships. A 30-day gap between payables and receivables put pressure on cash flow, while inconsistent payment terms across suppliers led to frustration and uncertainty among vendors.

THE SOLUTION
eCapital worked closely with Ecobat to design a Supply Chain Finance solution that gave suppliers the option to receive early payment—often within one day of invoice approval—while allowing Ecobat to extend its own payment terms.

THE RESULTS
Through its partnership with eCapital, Ecobat optimized its working capital without taking on additional debt and established more consistent, transparent supplier terms. Suppliers gained faster access to funds at competitive rates, strengthening relationships and reducing payment disputes.
