Akshay is a seasoned product leader with two decades of experience driving innovation in AI, cloud strategy, and SaaS solutions. As General Manager at Uniphore, a Silicon Valley unicorn, he led a cross-functional team of over 45 professionals across product, development, marketing, sales, and delivery to bring a generative AI-based analytics product to market.

With a track record of shaping AI strategies and managing high-impact teams, Akshay played a pivotal role at Cisco in developing AI-driven contact center solutions and leading integrations with top AI vendors. At AWS, he oversaw the Amazon Connect Flows team, a core component of one of the company’s fastest-growing services. His expertise in strategy, product management, and process optimization has also been honed through leadership roles at Amazon, PwC, American Airlines, and XO Group.

Akshay holds an MBA from Southern Methodist University.
