This 90-bed skilled nursing facility (SNF) in Connecticut, once under the stewardship of a non-profit trust, faced challenges with low census and income losses.

Following the acquisition of the facility through an asset purchase, eCapital partnered with the new owners to provide a strategic $1 million senior secured revolving line of credit.

This financial lifeline provided much-needed access to working capital and allowed the new management team, with their expertise in the healthcare field, to focus on critical areas like improving resident care, streamlining operations, and attracting qualified personnel.
