In her new role, Camilla will lead the HR function across the UK, partnering with the Senior Leadership Team to align the company’s people strategy and plans with its commercial objectives. She will have responsibility for the full employee lifecycle, with a focus on supporting business growth, and creating an exceptional colleague experience.

Camilla brings 25 years of experience in Human Resources, including two decades in senior HR leadership roles where she has developed and delivered people strategies to support organisational success. Her extensive experience spans driving cultural change, developing talent, and building high-performing teams.

The appointment follows a period of sustained growth and success for eCapital UK. Over the past three years, the business has increased funds advanced to clients by 46%, helping more small and mid-sized businesses access the flexible working capital they need to invest, expand and build resilience. As the business has grown so has demand for talented people.
