As Chief Legal Officer and head of eCapital’s in-house legal team, Todd is an experienced chief legal officer bringing to the table over two decades of experience in the law firm and corporate sectors. His expertise representing financial services clients and experience providing public and private clients with general corporate advice and in mergers and acquisitions, financing transactions, IPOs and other regulatory and securities law matters, as well as his knowledge of privacy and corporate governance, have made him a valuable asset to clients across industries. Todd’s ability to guide clients through crucial moments and help them achieve their business goals has earned him a reputation as a trusted legal advisor.
Todd previously served as general counsel for another leading South Florida financial services company and has represented clients as outside counsel with top law firms such as Weil, Gotshal & Manges and Stearns Weaver Miller. He holds a JD, cum laude, from Brooklyn Law School, an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University and has earned from the IAPP its Certified Information Privacy Professional/US credential. Todd is a member of the bars of New York and Florida and is admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida.
