Throughout his career, Rosario has founded and scaled multiple fintech companies, developed patented market infrastructure solutions, and led enterprise transformation across product and technology organizations. Most recently, he served as Chief Product and Technology Officer at Derisked Digital Group following the acquisition of Bosonic, the institutional digital asset infrastructure company he founded. Under his leadership, Bosonic pioneered innovative solutions for institutional trading and settlement, processing more than $13 billion in transactions.
Rosario holds multiple U.S. and international patents and has built award-winning technology platforms used by leading financial institutions around the world.
