With over 20 years of experience, DJ is a seasoned working capital specialist, bringing a strong track record of leadership and innovation in the finance industry. With extensive experience across top-tier financial institutions, DJ has built a career on helping businesses unlock liquidity and manage risk through tailored funding solutions.
Prior to her current role, DJ held key positions at LSQ, a recognized leader in working capital finance and payment solutions, and now an eCapital company. At LSQ, she contributed to delivering fast, data-driven funding options through the industry’s most intuitive platform, helping clients accelerate payments and optimize cash flow. Her background also includes impactful roles at Seacoast Business Funding and Bibby Financial Services, where she focused on providing flexible financial solutions to growing businesses.
In addition to her professional achievements, DJ is a passionate advocate for the finance community and was honored by the ABF Journal in 2024 as one of the top women in specialty finance. She currently serves as a board member for the Secured Finance Network’s Philadelphia Chapter, supporting the advancement and education of secured lending professionals in the region.
DJ holds a Bachelor of Business Administration, Marketing degree from La Salle University.
