Friday 10th November 2023: eCapital Commercial Finance (eCapital), have appointed Lance Jordan to the role of Operations Director, Southern Region. Lance will be based in our Reading Head office, and he will be responsible for driving further growth and profitability across the Southern portfolio whilst continuing to develop its operational strength and capabilities in delivering exceptional client service.

A consummate professional, Lance has delivered on several Operations and Leadership roles within the invoice finance industry over the last 20 years, and most recently as Head of Operations at Bibby Financial Services in Basingstoke.
