In his capacity as Senior Counsel for eCapital, Jonathan leads the organization’s legal and regulatory group, and is responsible for overseeing the company’s legal affairs across North America.
Jonathan has practiced corporate and business law for over 40 years with lending experience including the representation of commercial and investment banks and private lenders. Prior to providing general legal counsel to eCapital, he served as division counsel and senior transactor for public finance at Citicorp Investment Bank and practiced law at Shearman & Sterling and Nexsen Pruet.
Jonathan is a graduate of Princeton University and Columbia Law School.
