STEP 1. Introductory Meeting

Send us your client information package and we will conduct initial research to become familiar with the business’ condition and needs prior to meeting with the client. It is then your choice; you can make the introduction and participate in the meeting, or we can independently reach out to them. In this meeting, we will gain an understanding of the client’s business, their operations, working capital requirements, goals, etc.

STEP 2. The Proposal

eCapital will design a customized lending facility of factoring, asset-based lending or a combination of both to meet the exact needs of the client. The client will be presented with a proposal detailing the rate, terms and conditions of the financing, and length of the contract. Once signed, the proposal is sent to underwriting for processing.

STEP 3. Underwriting

Working directly with the client, our underwriting team conducts due diligence. Legal documents are then drafted and sent to the client for review. As we work through the process, eCapital will update you and keep you informed of progress.

STEP 4. Funding

Following the completion of underwriting, the client is assigned an eCapital Account Manager as soon as executed legal documents are received. We will then introduce the client to our practices and procedures, plus guide them through the online client portal.

Designed to provide the client with a simple process for expediting easy access to working capital, this arrangement does much more – it initiates the start of regular monthly commissions deposited directly into your account.
